Update #16: Dorjan leaving Trees for Lurë / July 10, 2023
Dorjan Bulku, co-founder of Trees for Lurë, has decided to move on from the project. The whole team would like to thank Dorjan for his crucial role in taking Trees for Lurë where it is today!
Dorjan has been pivotal in creating Trees for Lurë, co-founding the project with Pavel in 2019. He helped us navigate the complex process of obtaining planting permits and establishing the Trees for Lurë legal entity as an Albanian NGO.
His incredible knowledge of Albania, vast network, and fundraising helped the project immensely and made it possible to plant our first 2712 trees in 2021. Dorjan’s contribution to networking allowed the project to reach the milestone of 10 000 trees planted in Lurë in 2022.
We thank Dorjan for his hard work and wish him the best of luck and success with his new projects.
